1. We don't put you on hold

We're too cheap for a fancy phone system so you either reach us or don't.

2. We know what we're doing

We pay careful attention to things that we do. This doesn't mean we're producing quality, just we know that we're producing semi functional crap.

3. We have experience

We've done a lot of things. Once Zach lit himself on fire. This doesn't mean we turn a better product. Just that we've been through a lot.

4. We work well with others

Don works well with Zach, and Zach works well with Don. Anyone outside of that work group stands a 50/50 chance of having an enjoyable experience.

5. We have quality equipment

Don has a nice lawn mower and Zach just got a new electric shaver.

6. We're on time

At Frozen Alaska we believe time is made up. So if it's not real it can be applied however you want. If you live by this philosophy you'll find things go smoother.

7. We got our highschool diplomas

You know we can complete a task if we stuck for a project for 12 years. That's longer Than a doctor is in school.

8. We have charming smiles

A smile can get you far in this world. Look at Barack Obama, he had less experience and a nicer smiler than the competetion and he came out a winner.

9. We do or have and will again live in Alaska

We don't make up catchy names that don't apply to anything so you know we have common sense.

10. We can count to ten

Our math is structred in units of 10 so we can go far, just in baby steps.

10.5 We're great at multi-tasking

Some people can only do one thing at a time where as we
